Flower Songs: A vocal bouquet in the Gardens
Conductor Timothy Carpenter has chosen a delightful program for the Hamilton Civic Choir to sing in the iconic Hamilton Gardens this year. Featuring Benjamin Britten’s Flower Songs and Morton Lauridson’s Chansons du Roses, this free concert will also include traditional madrigals, spirituals and George Shearing’s jazzy settings of Shakespeare Sonnets – something for everyone to enjoy!
In the piazza at Hamilton Gardens, off Cobham Drive.
No tickets required – this is a free concert, but koha appreciated
